The election process
Each division is important to the functioning of the chapter. To determine initial roles amongst yourself:
- Decide how many and which positions you want to start out with (between 5 and 6 positions)
- Talk through both interests and experience
- Rank your preferred positions!
Most chapters donβt have an expert in every single one of these areas! If you donβt, there are several resources that you can tap in for help! Consider asking people you know who may be a good fit for the vacant Director role or reach out to different clubs to share the opportunity.
